Yes, we offer free shipping on all purchases over $175+ within the contiguous United States. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipped to these locations.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, not just the purchase date. If you're slightly outside that window, we're still happy to work with you—our goal is to make sure you're satisfied with your experience.
Reviewing the Product
You're welcome to open the OWL Planner and explore its contents to determine if it meets your needs. However, to qualify for a return, the planner must remain unused—this means no writing, highlighting, or marking in any of the pages.
Digital Content & Estately Access
Each OWL Planner includes access to digital resources through our partner platform, Estately, including tools to create estate planning documents like wills and trusts. You're welcome to create an Estately account to browse and explore the platform. However, once any digital documents have been downloaded, generated, or completed, the product is no longer eligible for return.
Why This Matters
We’ve designed the OWL Planner to be a thorough, supportive tool—and that means it takes time and thoughtful effort to complete. We’ve had a few customers begin filling out the planner or generating legal documents through Estately, then request a return. To keep things fair for everyone, we ask that returns be made only if the planner and digital resources remain unused.

Yes, we use Shopify Payments, a secure payment processing system, to ensure your payment information is protected. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers and are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted platform.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Currently, we do not ship internationally as the OWL Planner is designed with U.S. systems in mind. If you're an expat or need specific arrangements for international shipping, please contact us, and we'll be happy to discuss options.
