Yes, we offer free shipping on all purchases over $175+ within the contiguous United States. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipped to these locations.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase and ensure the OWL Planner is the right fit for you and your family.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and items must be returned in new condition to qualify for a refund.
Condition of Returned Items
To receive a refund, the OWL Planner and all components must be returned. Because the OWL Planner is a paper-based product, even minor writing, bending, marking, or page wear makes it unusable for the next customer. For that reason, we cannot accept returns if the planner shows any signs of use, writing, page handling, or damage.
Digital access codes and digital components must also remain completely unused. Creating an account on our digital partner platform, activating access, or generating/downloading any digital documents makes the product ineligible for return.
Digital Content and Estately Access
Your purchase includes access to digital estate planning tools. Please note that creating an account or interacting with the digital platform in any way counts as use and prevents the product from being returned.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the product is returned and verified to be new, unused, and complete. If any component is missing or shows signs of use or wear, the return may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

Yes, we use Shopify Payments, a secure payment processing system, to ensure your payment information is protected. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers and are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted platform.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Currently, we do not ship internationally as the OWL Planner is designed with U.S. systems in mind. If you're an expat or need specific arrangements for international shipping, please contact us, and we'll be happy to discuss options.
