Yes, we offer free shipping on all purchases over $175+ within the contiguous United States. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipped to these locations.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in new condition as it was received. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Please note that returns will not be accepted for OWL Planner products that have been written in due to the sensitive nature of potentially stored personal identifying information (PII) on these products. For your security and privacy, we cannot accept returns once these items have been downloaded, opened, or used.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Currently, we do not ship internationally as the OWL Planner is designed with U.S. systems in mind. If you're an expat or need specific arrangements for international shipping, please contact us, and we'll be happy to discuss options.
